These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the services provided by COOLGEEKS Corporation (“we,” “us,” or “our”), including our phone-based AI-assisted digital design ordering service. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
COOLGEEKS Corporation provides custom digital design services including but not limited to:
- Flyers and promotional materials
- Posters and banners
- Business cards
- Other digital graphic products
Orders are placed by calling our toll-free number. An AI agent will create your design and deliver proofs via SMS for your review and approval.
2. SMS Messaging
By providing your mobile phone number during a call, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from COOLGEEKS Corporation related to your order. These include design proofs, revision requests, order confirmations, and file delivery.

- Reply STOP to opt out at any time.
- Reply HELP for support.
- SMS opt-in is not a condition of purchase.
3. Order Process
Upon placing your order by phone:
- You will receive two design proofs via SMS for review.
- You may request revisions by replying to the SMS conversation.
- Final files will be delivered via SMS or a download link upon your approval.
COOLGEEKS Corporation reserves the right to limit the number of revisions per order.
4. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, you receive a non-exclusive license to use the delivered digital design for personal or business purposes. COOLGEEKS Corporation retains the right to display completed work in our portfolio unless you request otherwise in writing.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use our services to create designs that:
- Infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights
- Contain illegal, hateful, defamatory, or obscene content
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
6. Limitation of Liability
COOLGEEKS Corporation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific order in question.
7. Refund Policy
Due to the custom nature of our digital products, all sales are final once a design proof has been delivered. If you have concerns about your order, please contact us directly and we will work to resolve the issue.
8. Privacy
Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
